Kelly was absolutely amazing! She left me speechless just because she was so helpful in every single way. It was our first time buying a house and she made It so incredibly easy. She responded so fast to every question we had and was always so helpful and had a huge amount of knowledge. As a military couple, she made the buying a house process so easy to the point where we didn’t even need to fly out and see the house. We trusted her every step of the way and she was so insightful and video walked through every house we wanted to see. She made It incredibly easy to buy a house from a different state. Kelly did an amazing job! She helped us not only buy our dream home in this crazy market but also sell our home at the same time. Kelly was very responsive and patient as I sent her multiple homes that I was interested in purchasing and also made the time to look at multiple homes. In the process Kelly kept a positive attitude even when our offers fell through. And in the end she was absolutely right, the perfect house was still out there for us. We got lucky to work with Kelly on our first real estate transaction in Washington state. She is responsive and detailed. She is also connected to contractors to inspect, repair and get escrow complete. Everything went smooth even with us being out of state buyers. This purchase was for a family member moving from California to Lacey. We will definitely use Kelly when we get ready to move from California in next couple of years. Firstly, Kelly has an amazing personality, she’s very optimistic and always responds to our queries promptly. She knows a lot about the DuPont area, she was able to tell us about the neighborhood and what it has to offer, while giving us an insight into what the HOA covers. She’s very helpful, we definitely felt like she had our best interest at heart. Even though we have closed, the relationship we have with her is still intact, she’s willing to help us out with the move and anything else we need assistance with. We are out of state, but she made the process very transparent, from the initial walkthrough to the final walkthrough. She had good advice on the negotiation process and made sure we were in a good position at all times. This is our first military move and we’re happy to have the opportunity to work with Kelly on our home buying journey!
